Reau Manufacturing started as a farm equipment repair shop.  Alan Reau was an engineer for Schindler Elevator plant in Toledo Ohio.  In 1991, when the plant shut down Alan created Reau Mfg to manufacture parts for Schindler. Since then we’ve strived to be one of the most complete and advanced manufacturing facilities in the area.
